Download the Yiqida app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign up using Google Login, Apple Login,or LINE account.

Browse available Games page in the app, find one that suits your schedule and skill level, and tap 'Join'. The match organizer will be notified and accept your request. 1. click on Games, 2. find a match that suits your schedule and skill level, tap 'Join', 3. all your games you are participating will be shown here.

Tap the '+' button on the home screen, fill in the match details (venue, date, time, skill level, etc.), and publish it for others to join.

Go to the Clubs section in the app. You can browse existing clubs and request to join, or create your own club and invite members.

Yes. Go to the match details and tap 'Leave'. Please note that leaving a match close to its start time may affect your reputation.

Go to the Venues section, select a venue, choose an available time slot, and submit your booking request.

You can submit a support ticket right here on this page. Click the 'Submit a Ticket' button, provide your email and describe your issue, and our team will get back to you.

Open the Yiqida app, go to Profile → Delete Account, share a reason, and submit. Your account is deactivated immediately but can be restored by signing in within 7 days. Deletion requests are no longer handled on this website.

Yes, Yiqida is free to download and use. Some venue bookings may have fees set by the venue owners.
