YiQiDa ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Actechforlife, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application and related services (the "Service") collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information: Username, email address, phone number (optional), encrypted password, and date of birth.
- Profile Information: Display name, bio, profile photo, gender, sports preferences, and skill levels.
- User-Generated Content: Match listings, club posts, feed posts, comments, and messages exchanged within the Service.
- Support Communications: Information you provide when contacting support.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, IP address, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Information: App interactions such as matches joined, features used, and activity timestamps.
- Location Data: With your permission, we access your device’s approximate or precise location to display nearby matches and venues. Location data is used for app functionality and is not stored as part of your permanent profile unless explicitly required for service features. You may disable location access at any time in your device settings.
2.3 Google Sign-In Data
When you choose Google Sign-In, we receive an ID token from Google and verify that token with Google. After verification, we use the Google account ID and email address needed to create or sign in to your YiQiDa account, link an existing account, prevent abuse, and help with login support issues.
We do not request, read, or store Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Photos, or other Google product content. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not sell Google user data. Google Sign-In data is used or disclosed only as needed to provide the Service, process it through necessary service providers, comply with law, or protect safety and security.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To match you with nearby players, clubs, and venues.
- To enable communication between users.
- To facilitate event coordination between participants and organizers.
- To send push notifications related to activity and updates.
- To operate gamification systems (XP, rewards, referrals).
- To monitor and prevent fraud, abuse, and security risks.
- To improve the Service and user experience.
4. Payments Disclaimer
The Service does not process, collect, or store payment information. All payments for matches or venue participation are handled directly between users and organizers offline. We do not store bank account numbers, digital wallet IDs, or financial credentials.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- With Other Users: Public profile details, match participation, and club memberships.
- With Venue Owners: Booking-related information necessary for coordination.
- With Service Providers:
- Authentication providers (Apple, Google, LINE).
- Cloud hosting and database providers.
- Analytics services (e.g., Firebase).
- Push notification services (APNs / FCM).
- Map services (e.g., Google Maps SDK) for location display and navigation.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect user safety.
- Business Transfers: In connection with mergers or acquisitions.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information while your account remains active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law or for legitimate security purposes.
7. Your Rights & Choices
- You may update profile information in app settings.
- You may disable location access via device settings.
- You may disable push notifications via device settings.
- You may request account deletion at any time.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such data collection, we will delete it promptly.
10. Account Deletion
You can submit deletion in-app with a 7-day grace period:
- In-App: Profile → Delete Account. Share a reason and your account is deactivated; sign back in within 7 days to restore automatically. After that, data is permanently removed.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
