Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YiQiDa mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Actechforlife ("YiQiDa," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Description of the Service

YiQiDa is a platform that enables users to organize, discover, and participate in sports activities and events. The Service facilitates coordination between users, including players, organizers, clubs, and venue operators.

YiQiDa does not own, operate, supervise, or control any sports venues or events listed on the platform. We act solely as an intermediary for coordination purposes.

4. User Accounts

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Single Account: You may not create multiple accounts to exploit rewards, referrals, or system features.
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
  • Post unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.

6. Offline Payments

YiQiDa does not process, collect, store, or facilitate online payments. All payments related to match participation, venue usage, or other activities are handled directly between participants and organizers offline (e.g., pay on arrival).

  • YiQiDa does not store bank account numbers, digital wallet IDs, or financial credentials.
  • We are not responsible for payment disputes between users.
  • Any refund or fee-related disputes must be resolved directly between the involved parties.

7. Assumption of Risk

Participation in sports and physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, permanent disability, or death.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in events organized through the Service.
  • You are responsible for evaluating your own physical condition and readiness.
  • YiQiDa does not provide supervision, medical advice, safety inspection, or equipment.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, YiQiDa and Actechforlife are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in any activity.

8. User Interactions

YiQiDa does not conduct background checks or verify the identity, qualifications, or safety of users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, whether online or offline. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user.

8A. Blocking Feature and User Visibility

  • Blocking Capability: The Service allows users to block other users.
  • Effect of Blocking: When you block a user, you will no longer see that user’s posts in your personal feed or general content streams, and direct messaging between the two accounts will be disabled.
  • Shared Matches or Clubs: Blocking a user does not guarantee complete separation. You may still encounter a blocked user within the same match, activity, or club.
  • No Absolute Isolation: The blocking feature is intended to limit visibility and direct communication but does not ensure total isolation in all contexts within the Service.
  • Reporting & Safety: If you believe another user has violated these Terms or engaged in harassment or inappropriate behavior, you must use the in-app reporting tools. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts.

9. Venue & Event Disclaimer

  • YiQiDa does not guarantee the availability, safety, quality, or legality of any venue or event.
  • Any disputes related to venue conditions, scheduling, cancellations, or organizer conduct are solely between the involved parties.
  • We do not control how events are conducted.

10. User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of content you post.
  • You grant YiQiDa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Service.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Actechforlife and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users or the Service.

When you request deletion yourself, your account is first deactivated with a 7-day grace period; signing back in within that window restores access, after which permanent deletion occurs.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACTECHFORLIFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Actechforlife and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your conduct in connection with any event organized through the platform.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Taipei, Taiwan.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
